Machine Revival is an independent automotive creation house.
Since 2013, we have imagined and built deeply personal automobiles, designed around a story, a use and an emotion.
Every Machine brings together the creativity, design, engineering and craft skills required to turn a vision into a unique automobile.
More than ten years of singular creations
Machine Revival was born in 2013 out of the desire to create entirely personal automobiles.
Every project is built around a guiding thread. We then put all our creativity, our design experience and our technical expertise at the service of that vision to give rise to a unique and singular creation.
The first projects were developed organically, one by one. Each Machine allowed us to explore a new architecture, a new aesthetic and a new way of combining design, mechanicals, materials and use.
Over the years, more than forty creations have been completed. Very different automobiles, united by the same approach: create a story, build a world, and convey emotion through aesthetics, driving, materials and performance.
This experience has gradually shaped a method, an identity and a body of skills specific to Machine Revival. For more than ten years, each project has enriched the next while keeping its own singularity.
We create automotive stories
Everything starts with a conversation.
We seek to understand what the client wants to experience: an emotion, a memory, a way of travelling, a particular relationship with an era or a marque, a vision of driving pleasure, sometimes even an intuition that is still hard to put into words.
From this personal material, we build a creative direction. The emotion becomes a concept. The concept becomes an aesthetic language. The drawing becomes a technical direction. Then every choice, from proportions to mechanicals, from materials to ergonomics, serves the same story.
The automobile then becomes the support for a more personal experience. It carries part of the person it was created for, of their imagination, their way of life and what they want to feel when they take the wheel.
Every Machine is therefore conceived as a complete story, whose design, engineering and sensations form the different chapters.
This vision guides both the projects imagined with their future owners and the original creations developed by the House.
The place where disciplines meet
A Machine is born from the meeting of many skills.
Over the years, Machine Revival has built a workshop able to bring together in-house the competences needed to design and build a complete automotive creation. Design, engineering, mechanicals, bodywork, composites, upholstery, electrics, assembly and final development all work around a single vision.
This in-house command allows us to preserve the continuity of the project, control its development and evolve its aesthetic, technical and functional dimensions at the same time. A design decision can therefore be tested immediately against the reality of manufacturing, integration or use.
The workshop is where ideas take shape, where solutions are drawn, developed, made, tested and adjusted until the whole is fully coherent.
Some projects can also give rise to particular collaborations with exceptional houses or craftspeople. These encounters always answer a precise intention: extend the world of the project, explore a rare skill, or bring it a truly singular dimension.
Turning an intention into an automobile
The expertise of Machine Revival does not lie only in mastering each discipline. It lies in our ability to make them work together around a single vision, from the first intention to the final tests.
This method applies equally to projects developed with a client and to original creations imagined by the House.
Creative direction
We define the overall identity of the project: its story, its stance, its proportions, its aesthetic language and the experience it should deliver.
Every decision is connected to this direction so that the automobile keeps a strong and coherent identity throughout its development.
Automotive design
Every element is drawn in its context. Bodywork, cabin, materials, colours, wheels, lighting and details are considered as the different expressions of a single creation.
Design is not limited to appearance. It also defines the relationship between the driver, the automobile and its environment.
Engineering and development
Creative intentions are translated into concrete, reliable and achievable technical solutions.
From the brief and the chosen base car, we develop specific solutions able to combine modernity, reliability, performance and comfort with the character and charm of the automobile.
Contemporary technologies are integrated with judgement, always in service of the intended experience. When the project requires it, we also design unique components, systems or technical answers in order to go beyond existing solutions.
Manufacturing and craft
Metal, composites, leather, textile, paint and specific elements give the project a physical reality.
Craft techniques and contemporary tools are used according to the needs of each creation. Every material is chosen, worked and assembled to take part in the overall identity of the automobile.
Assembly and final development
A coherent automobile is not just the sum of fine parts.
Every system must work with the others. Assembly, adjustment, testing and final development allow the finished car to deliver the intention defined at the outset, in its driving as much as in its proportions, its touch, its sounds and its details.
Thousands of hours of design, engineering, manufacturing and development stand behind the projects already completed by the House.
That experience allows us today to conceive an automobile as a whole, rather than as a succession of independent interventions.
A team gathered around every project
Every Machine brings together women and men from different disciplines. Creatives, engineers, technicians and craftspeople work together so that every dimension of the project advances in the same direction. This diversity of perspectives and skills makes it possible to develop the automobile as a whole, from the first sketches to its final development.
When a project calls for exceptional expertise or a particular collaboration, other talents can join the team to enrich the creation with a specific skill.
For bespoke projects, the client is accompanied by a dedicated contact throughout the build, in order to preserve the continuity of the vision defined together.

Nicolas Quiles
Founder and creative director
Nicolas founded Machine Revival in 2013 with the ambition of developing a new approach to automotive creation.
He leads the creative, technical and operational direction of the House. He defines the concepts, guides the design, supervises project development and ensures that every creation stays faithful to the story and the sensations that inspired it.
His experience has been built over more than forty creations, at the crossroads of design, engineering, craft and the management of complex projects.
Sonia Quiles
Co-founder and strategy director
Sonia supports the development and structuring of Machine Revival alongside Nicolas.
She carries the strategic vision of the House, its organisation and its long-term development. Her role is to give the creative project a solid structure, able to support the ambitions of the brand, the quality of the client relationship and the international growth of Machine Revival.
The complementarity of their roles allows Machine Revival to grow both as a demanding creation house and as a company structured around a lasting vision.
